Catalogue before you box
Every stem carries a batch reference. When a client returns three years later wanting the same ivory, we do not guess — we look it up and pull the same dye lot.
Humidity is the silent problem
Silk tolerates heat far better than it tolerates damp. A monsoon stored bloom develops a bloom of its own: a faint mildew that no cleaning removes.
