Artificial Flowers
From a metre away, our imported silk and latex blooms are indistinguishable from fresh. Guests routinely touch them to check. What gives cheap artificial flowers away is uniform colour and a plastic sheen — ours are hand-shaded, petal by petal, with matte finishes.
Primarily imported silk for petals and latex for stems and buds, with steel or aluminium substructures. All florals are UV-treated and fire-retardant certified to Bureau of Indian Standards.
Indoors, six to eight years with normal handling. Outdoors and UV-exposed, four to five. Our archive holds blooms staged more than a dozen times that remain in rotation.
Not perceptibly, provided they are UV-treated. Untreated polyester fades within a single season of direct sun; every bloom we supply is treated before it leaves the workshop.
Rental
Renting costs roughly a third of purchase. If the installation will be staged once or twice, rent. Three times or more, buying is cheaper — and we will store it for you between events.
Design consultation, all florals and structures, delivery, installation, on-site adjustment, and dismantle. The only common exclusion is venue-imposed charges such as lift access or overtime.
Ordinary wear is expected and never charged. Significant damage is assessed against a schedule shared with you before booking. A refundable security deposit covers it; most clients receive theirs back in full.
Packages run from one to four days, and festival hires extend to ten. Longer terms are quoted individually and are usually cheaper per day.
Installation
A photo booth or car takes under two hours. A twenty-foot flower wall takes about two. A full mandap with stage and aisle takes six to eight, and we schedule it overnight so the venue is clear by morning.
Never, unless the venue explicitly permits it in writing. Our structures are freestanding, weighted and guyed. This is why heritage properties keep inviting us back.
Yes. Outdoor rigs are weighted and guyed for wind and pitched so rain runs off rather than pooling. We have installed through Goa sea breeze and Pune downpour without loss.
Customization
Yes. Send hex codes, a fabric swatch, or a photograph. We dye to match and will send a physical sample before the full build for any bespoke commission.
Every Luxury, Wedding and bespoke commission includes a 3D render. Premium packages include mood boards and elevation sketches.
Delivery
We have crews and storage in twenty-two cities and deliver anywhere in India. Outside our crew cities, travel and accommodation are quoted transparently as separate lines.
Within our crew cities, yes. Elsewhere it is quoted separately and shown as its own line on the invoice — never folded into the design cost.
Maintenance
A hairdryer on its coolest setting, held about thirty centimetres away, removes most settled dust. A soft brush handles the rest. Never use water on silk, and never use solvents on latex.
Pricing
Our Wedding package begins at ₹1,99,999 and covers every function across multiple venues. Single-function decoration starts around ₹18,000. The variables are scale, venue access and how bespoke the palette is.
No. You receive one figure covering design, materials, delivery, installation and dismantle. Venue-imposed costs, if any, are listed separately before you sign, never afterwards.
Booking
Six months for peak season, November through February. Six weeks is comfortable off-season. Booking early mainly buys you room to revise the design calmly, which almost every client does.
The booking advance is refundable in full up to sixty days before the event, and at fifty percent up to thirty days. Inside thirty days it is retained, because the crew and materials are committed.
