We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:
- Our installation crews and logistics partners, limited to the venue, date and access details
- Our accountants and payment processors, for invoiced work
- Government authorities, where the law requires it of us
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry details are retained for twenty-four months, so that we can honour a quotation if you return to us. Booking and invoice records are retained for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. You may ask us to delete anything not subject to that statutory period.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.
