Ask for the hex codes. Most marketing teams have them, most vendors never ask, and matching a brand accent against ivory is nearly always enough.
Protect the sightline
Nothing above one metre within four metres of the stage. A delegate in row twelve should never see florals and screen in the same glance.

An annual conference amortises its florals across three or four years. Finance departments understand this argument faster than event teams do.
